QSL Inbox
Privacy
No account, no ads, no tracking, and no developer log collection.
Privacy policy
Your log and card images stay on your device.
Effective August 1, 2026
Provider: chenghui yang
No developer data collection
QSL Inbox has no account, advertising, analytics SDK, tracking, developer-operated backend, or third-party AI service. The developer does not collect your ADIF records, card images, recognized text, confirmation archive, exports, or sharing activity.
On-device recognition and matching
Apple Vision reads selected card images locally. Candidates are ranked only against the ADIF file you imported. No OCR result changes a record until you confirm it.
Storage, export, and deletion
Imported logs, card images, and archive records remain in private app storage. The original ADIF is never overwritten. A new file or match card leaves the app only when you choose an export or Apple system share destination. Deleting the app removes its remaining local data.
Camera and Photos
Camera access is requested only when you choose to photograph a card. Photos access is limited to the items you select with Apple's picker.
Purchases
Apple processes the QSL Inbox Lifetime purchase and returns verified entitlement status through StoreKit. The developer never receives or stores your payment card details. Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase, not a subscription.
Important limitation
QSL Inbox assists with matching and recordkeeping. It does not authenticate a card, determine award eligibility, or submit confirmations to ARRL, LoTW, QRZ, eQSL, or any other amateur-radio service.
