Help with DueDecide

DueDecide changes a reminder only after you review the complete batch and tap Apply.

No reminders appear

Allow full Reminders access in iPhone Settings. Eligible reminders must be overdue, incomplete, and non-recurring. DueDecide checks the reminder calendars available under that permission and does not currently include a per-list selector.

Keep, Move, No date, and Complete

Keep leaves the reminder unchanged. Move chooses a future due date. No date removes the due date without completing the reminder. Complete marks it complete. You can undo or edit choices before Apply.

An outcome could not be verified

Do not repeat Apply to force a success message. Use DueDecide's reload and reconciliation path, then check the current state in Apple Reminders. Recovery does not require a Lifetime purchase.

Lifetime and Restore Purchases

The first successfully verified closeout containing at least one reminder change is free. Later changed closeouts require DueDecide Lifetime. Open Settings, choose Lifetime access, and use Restore purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase.

No developer data collection

DueDecide requires no account and includes no advertising, third-party analytics SDK, tracking, developer-operated backend, or reminder-content upload. The developer does not receive your reminders, decisions, or local closeout history through the app.

Reminders access and changes

DueDecide requests Apple's full Reminders access permission. It reads reminders from calendars available under that permission and selects overdue, incomplete, non-recurring items. Choices stay staged until you review them and tap Apply. DueDecide reads each item again before recording a verified result and never silently retries an uncertain write.

Local records

Local app storage can contain reminder and calendar identifiers, calendar names, reminder titles and dates, your decisions, before-and-after states, verified receipts, deferral counts, reconciliation records, and whether the free changed closeout has been used. DueDecide retains up to 100 receipts and 100 reconciliation records.

Sync, backups, and deletion

Apple Reminders may sync through iCloud or another reminder-account provider according to your settings. Local app data may be included in device backups. Deleting DueDecide removes its local app container, but does not reverse reminder changes you approved or independently remove provider backups.

Purchases

Apple processes DueDecide Lifetime purchases and restores. DueDecide uses StoreKit on the device to check a verified, non-revoked entitlement. The developer does not operate a transaction server or receive your payment-card details through the app. Apple may provide sales and app reports through its developer services.

Support email

If you email support, you choose what to send. Your email service and the provider's email service process that message under their policies, and copies may remain in mailbox storage or backups until deleted. The provider uses the message to answer and diagnose the reported issue. Please omit private reminder content and sensitive credentials.

Lifetime

One changed closeout free. Then pay once.

Complete the first batch

The free closeout has no reminder-count cap. Empty, cancelled, unchanged, failed, unverified, and reconciliation sessions do not consume it.

DueDecide Lifetime

One non-consumable purchase unlocks later changed closeouts. There is no subscription. Safety recovery and existing local data remain available without repurchasing.

Apple shows the storefront price and purchase confirmation. Buying Lifetime never applies a staged reminder batch automatically.
