Before contacting support

  • Print PDF patterns at 100% and verify the one-inch calibration square.
  • Use Restore Purchases if a previous Lifetime unlock is missing.
  • Include the app version, iOS or iPadOS version, and the action that failed.
  • Do not attach a private project or imported outline unless you choose to share it.

No developer data collection

IrisFold requires no account and includes no advertising, analytics SDK, or tracking. The developer does not receive your pattern geometry, imported artwork, project files, exports, or sharing activity.

The app does not use a developer-operated backend or a third-party AI service.

Local pattern processing

Pattern generation, numbering, preview, construction steps, PDF and SVG rendering, Iris Reveal video creation, and editable Remix project creation happen on your iPhone or iPad.

Imported SVG outlines, saved projects, and generated files leave the device only when you choose an iOS export or system share action.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Saved IrisFold projects remain in the app's local storage until you delete them. Temporary export and sharing files are removed by the app when they are no longer needed.

Delete projects in the Project Library. Deleting IrisFold removes its remaining local app data from that device. The developer has no hosted project record to retrieve or delete.

Purchases

Apple processes the one-time Lifetime purchase and returns a verified entitlement to IrisFold through StoreKit. The developer does not receive or store your payment card details.

Apple may retain purchase and transaction information under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Restore Purchases asks the App Store to re-check your entitlement.

Creation, saving, numbered previews, Build Steps, Iris Reveal video, Remix project sharing, and complete PDF/SVG packages for three distinct pattern revisions.

IrisFold Lifetime

A non-consumable one-time purchase that removes the three-revision PDF/SVG export limit. It is not a subscription and does not add credits, advertising, or cloud service.

Import only artwork you created, licensed, or have permission to use. Before cutting or selling a pattern, review the numbered preview and verify print scale.
